About

Built from the operation, not from a sales script.

Strong markets and soft ones, rate pressure, driver problems, breakdowns, fuel, deadhead, and the daily job of keeping a truck productive. Experience does not mean predicting the market. It means recognizing patterns and knowing where a small mistake becomes an expensive one.

Best fit

One to fifteen trucks, dry van, reefer or power-only, United States.

Owner-operators under their own authority and small carriers dispatching a leased or owned fleet. Also a fit: carriers who have outgrown board-only searching and want an operating partner rather than a call center.

Not the right fit

Large fleets with an in-house dispatch and safety department that works.

We will say so on the first call rather than three months in. Equipment beyond dry van, reefer and power-only is considered case by case.

A note from the founder

“We started Aditya Enterprises because we've spent years next to both kinds of owner: the one with an investment and no map, and the one with trucks and no time. Both leave money on the table for the same reason. Nobody is looking at the whole week.”

So that's the job. We look. Every load, every broker, every Monday.

01Do you book loads for me?
We do far more than that. Load sourcing is one of six responsibilities. The other five are what stop a good load from becoming a bad week.
02What size carrier is this for?
One to fifteen trucks: owner-operators under their own authority and small fleets dispatching leased or owned equipment. Larger fleets with in-house dispatch are not a fit, and we will say so on the first call.
03What equipment do you work with?
Dry van, reefer and power-only to start. Other equipment is considered case by case.
04How do you charge?
A percentage of gross revenue, illustratively 5%. Agreed in writing before anything starts. No revenue or savings guarantee: results depend on markets, your costs, equipment, drivers and brokers.
05Are you available after hours?
Operational availability runs beyond office hours for clients, within the agreed scope. Nights, weekends and disruptions are when the job actually happens.
06Do you check brokers before I take a load?
Yes. Credit, average days to pay and communication history are checked before a rate is treated as attractive. A strong rate from a slow payer is not a good load.
07Can I try before I commit?
Ask an operator two free questions on this site. Or book a demo: ten minutes is enough to know whether we can make your truck earn more. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
08Is the Ask feature legal advice?
No. It is general operational guidance for U.S. carriers. When a question needs an attorney, an adjuster or a CPA we say so, and still give you the operational half.
